(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of May 30, comrade Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation chaired the Conference to quickly announce the results of the 9th Central Conference, term XIII.
Also attending were comrades: Nguyen Van Tung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Do Manh Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, members of the City Party Committee and leaders of departments, branches, units and localities.

At the Conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau conveyed some basic contents, meaning and importance of the 9th Central Conference, term XIII. The conference reached a high consensus on the guiding ideology and orientation to complete the Outline and develop draft documents to submit to the 14th National Congress of the Party such as: Detailed outline of the Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Congress of the Party; Detailed outline of the 5-year assessment report of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030, directions and tasks for 5-year socio-economic development 2026-2030; Outline Report of the Party Central Committee term XIII on summarizing the work of Party building and competitionissue the Party charter and submit it to the 14th Party Congress; Report summarizing Directive No. 35, dated May 30, 2019 of the Politburo and draft Directive of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th Party Congress. The viewpoint of developing draft documents is to inherit and adhere closely to the Platform, Resolutions of the 13th Congress, Resolutions of the 13th Central Committee and the country's reality to objectively and comprehensively evaluate issues, especially newly arising complex issues.

The conference also recognized that, in the new period of development with new momentum, new motivation, as well as opportunities, advantages and difficulties, new challenges intertwined, we are determined to build our country increasingly rich, democratic, prosperous, civilized, happy, steadily moving towards socialism. The conference had democratic discussions and provided guidance on the preparation of Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th Party Congress along with many other important contents.
Comrade Secretary of the City Party Committee requested that party committees and heads of party committees at all levels carefully study the content and propagate the results of the Conference to all officials and party members in party branches and organizations. From there, create unity in awareness and action, promote the spirit of solidarity, and unite to effectively implement the Resolutions and Conclusions of the 9th Central Conference, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress./.
