(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of May 31, Hai Phong City Youth Union held a conference to praise collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution No. 28-NQ/TU dated November 10, 2009 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on "Building, strengthening and developing Party organizations and unions in various types of non-state enterprises"; Awarded the online contest "Learn the History of Hai Phong City Party Committee"; Deploying the Campaign "Civilized behavior in cyberspace"; summarizes the coordination program between Hai Phong Youth Union and Xiao Ling Foreign Language Center.

After 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 28 of the City Party Committee's Standing Committee on "Building, consolidating and developing Party organizations and unions in various types of non-state enterprises, cooperatives, and non-public service units", Unions and Associations at all levels have made many efforts to take care of material and spiritual life, protect legal and legitimate rights and interests, contributing to expanding the solidarity front to gather young people.
At the Conference, 15 collectives and 19 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution 28 were commended and rewarded. Thereby, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union requested all levels of the Youth Union to continue to pay attention to reviewing and discovering units qualified to establish Youth Unions and Associations in order to have a plan to approach and mobilize to establish more Youth Unions and Associations; At the same time, strengthen and promote the quality of Youth Union and Association organizations in established units to demonstrate the position and importance of the organization to agencies and businesses.

Also in the program, the Youth Union organized an award ceremony for the online contest "Learn about the History of Hai Phong City Party Committee". Implementing the direction of the City Party Committee, realizing the goal set by the 14th Ho Chi Minh City Communist Youth Union Congress, term 2022-2027, the City Youth Union launched the online contest "Learn about the history of the City Party Committee among children". This is a practical activity to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the City Party Committee and the 69th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day. Immediately after the launch, 100% of Youth Union ministries and ministries across the city deployed 100% of union members and youth, attracting more than 20,000 entries after just 4 weeks of taking place. The contest Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 6 groups and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in the contest.
At the Conference, the Youth Union deployed the Campaign "Civilized behavior in cyberspace" to create a strong change among union members and youth in terms of awareness and responsibility in dealing with information on social networks, strengthening propaganda of the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's policies and laws on social network management; identify plots and tricks of hostile forces propagandizing, inciting, and sabotaging the Party and State.
