On the afternoon of June 9, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee met, listened to reports, and gave opinions on a number of contents, including the investment policy of the Convention Center construction investment project at Lot I.11/DVCC-01- North Cam River New Urban Area; investment policy Investment project to build mixed-use buildings at Lot I.20/CTHH-01 and Investment project to build mixed-use high-rise buildings and commercial services at Lot 1.14/CTHH-01 - North Cam River New Urban Area.
Comrade Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation chaired the meeting. Also attending were comrades: Nguyen Van Tung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Do Manh Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee and representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities.
At the meeting, representatives of the City People's Committee Party Committee leaders reported summarizing the investment policy of projects located in the North Cam River New Urban Area, in Duong Quan ward (Thuy Nguyen city). In particular, the Convention Center Construction Investment Project at Lot I.11/DVCC-01 is built on an area of more than 6,500 m2 with a scale of 500 - 1,200 guests, with a total expected investment capital of more than 1,000 billion VND, excluding compensation and site clearance costs. For the mixed-use construction investment project at Lot I.20/CTHH-01, there are 3 high-rise mixed-use buildings on an area of more than 22,000 m2, total investment capital of more than 8,300 billion VND, and the investment project to build mixed-use high-rise buildings and commercial services at Lot 1.14/CTHH-01 has a total expected land area.Currently nearly 32,500 m2, total investment capital is nearly 4,900 billion VND.
After listening to the reports and opinions of the delegates, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau emphasized that the projects ensure compliance with the National Master Plan, Red River Delta Plan, Hai Phong City Plan and specialized plans such as: land, construction, urban architecture... while meeting regulations and standards as well as ensuring safety in defense and security. The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agreed on the policy of investing in the construction of the above projects, contributing to building a modern and civilized North Cam River Urban Area.
Comrade Secretary of the City Party Committee assigned the City People's Committee to direct relevant agencies to continue implementing procedures according to regulations./.
