+ Leveling the ground, building a synchronous technical infrastructure system across the entire land area; Construction of roads, land use area of ​​about 32,753.33 m2; planting trees, land use area is about 5,970.11 m2; parking lot, garbage station, land use area is about 1,834.33 m2.
+ Construction of 241 townhouses (rough construction and complete exterior), 05 floors high, area from 80 m2 to 120 m2 with 5 m frontage; Total construction floor area is about 94,027 m2. Construction land area is about 22,796.47 m2; Construction density ranges from 79% - 92%.
– Regarding urban infrastructure management inside and outside the project scope:
+ Regarding infrastructure outside the project: Follow the approved planning project.
+ Regarding infrastructure inside the project: the investor directly follows the approved 1/500 scale detailed planning project and hands it over to local management after completing the connection to the technical infrastructure outside the project.

– Operational term of the project: 05 years, from the date the investor is decided to allocate land.
– Project implementation progress:
+ Progress of capital contribution and mobilization of capital sources: According to the construction progress of works under the Project.
+ Progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation or exploitation: 36 months from the date the City People's Committee issued the land allocation decision.
