Based on the Notice of termination of investment project activities for the investment project of petrol and oil stores and motor vehicle registration centers dated February 20, 2024 and Decision No. 01/QD-CTDX dated February 20, 2024 of Doan Xuan Co., Ltd., the Department of Finance issued Notice No. 39/TB-KHDT dated February 20, 2024. February 23, 2024 on terminating the operation of the investment project of a gasoline station and motor vehicle registration center in Lam Khe residential group, Dong Hoa ward, Kien An district with Doan Xuan Co., Ltd. as the investor (pursuant to the provisions in point a, clause 1, Article 48 of the Investment Law and clause 1, point a, clause 2, Article 57 of Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated March 26, 2021 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Investment Law).
The investment project of a petrol and oil store and motor vehicle registration center in Lam Khe residential group, Dong Hoa ward, Kien An district was decided by the People's Committee of Hai Phong city in Decision No. 2795/QD-UBND dated December 8, 2020 and decided to adjust the investment policy in Decision No. 2383/QD-UBND dated December 8, 2020. August 10, 2020. The project is implemented in Lam Khe residential group, Dong Hoa ward, Kien An district, Hai Phong city with the goal of running a wholesale and retail store of gasoline, oil, and grease including 04 pump stations, each pump station includes 02 fuel supply nozzles, maximum sales capacity of 400,000 liters/month along with a motor vehicle registration center with a capacity of about 1,040 times/month.
Hai Phong City Department of Finance respectfully announces this to relevant organizations and individuals. Doan Xuan Company Limited is responsible for liquidating the Project according to legal regulations./.
