(Haiphong.gov.vn) – To stimulate the tradition of patriotic emulation and the combined strength of the entire political system; dynamism, creativity, efforts to overcome all difficulties and challenges; Striving to further improve the quality and efficiency in all work, people and families compete together to create a vibrant and widespread atmosphere on all fronts, contributing to the successful implementation of the "Dual Goal", both preventing and fighting the COVID-19 epidemic and developing socio-economic development, contributing to the successful implementation of the city's political tasks set out; At the same time, praise and reward outstanding groups and individuals with new and creative ways of doing things; promptly discover new models and new factors; examples of good people and good deeds to replicate and spreadin the whole society; The City People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 220/KH-UBND dated September 28, 2021 to launch the emulation movement to successfully implement the "Dual Goal" of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and socio-economic development.
With the spirit of "fighting the epidemic like fighting the enemy", agencies, localities, units, and businesses organize to respond and deploy emulation movements launched by the city and develop unit plans with appropriate themes and content, creating motivation to encourage groups and individuals to actively participate in emulating COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and socio-economic development, maintaining and promoting production and business activities, ensure social security and safety; take care of the lives and health of workers and people.
The City People's Committee requires departments, branches, localities and units, based on assigned political tasks and practical situation, to develop specific plans and launch exciting, practical and effective emulation movements.
Request the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee and the Department of Information and Communications to direct media agencies and press agencies to promote propaganda work, expand specialized pages and columns, increase time, and closely follow the grassroots to discover, praise and replicate good models, new ways of doing things, and advanced examples in implementing the emulation movement.
It is recommended that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and organizations from city to grassroots levels, based on the criteria, tasks and content of the emulation movement, coordinate with authorities at all levels to mobilize organizations and individuals to actively respond to the emulation movement to achieve effectiveness.
The Emulation and Commendation Committee (Department of Home Affairs) presides over and guides the commendation and summary of the emulation movement; Coordinate with the Department of Health and relevant sectors to deploy and urge the implementation of this Plan and report to the City People's Committee according to regulations.
The City People's Committee requires departments, branches, branches, localities and units to seriously implement the implementation.
