On June 16, 2015, Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board issued an Investment Certificate to DEVYT Trading and Logistics Company Limited (domestic investor) to implement the project "Investment in container warehouse system" at MP Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City.
The project is implemented with the goal of investing in construction and business of warehouses and container terminals with a scale of about 937,500 tons of bulk goods/year and 37,500 TEUs/year; includes auxiliary works and synchronous technical infrastructure to ensure environment, ecology, fire and explosion prevention, and other related services, serving synchronous project operations in accordance with the law, in accordance with the detailed planning of MP Dinh Vu Industrial Park approved by competent state agencies. The total investment capital of the project is more than 82,488 billion VND, of which the capital contribution to implement the project is more than 24,746 billion VND. The expected land area for use is 32,296 m2. The project's implementation period is 42 years from the date of issuance of the Investment Certificate. According to plan, the project will go into operationActive since December 2018. This is the 6th project invested in MP Dinh Vu Industrial Park that has been granted an Investment Certificate by the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board since the beginning of 2015 until now./.
