The quality of projects attracting foreign direct investment has recently been improved, 7 investment projects are in the field of manufacturing electronic equipment and details and components (accounting for 19% of the total number of projects and 24.7% of the total new capital). In particular, attracting the expansion project (phase 2) of the Shin –Etsu rare earth factory (investment capital of 100 million USD) with production nature applying source technology. In the service sector, 2 investment projects have been attracted to build quite complete logistics service models with a total investment capital of nearly 33 million USD...
