(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung has just issued Decision 1600/QD-UBND to establish 02 Working Groups to inspect, urge, remove difficulties and obstacles, and promote disbursement of public investment capital in 2024 in districts and project management boards under the City People's Committee (referred to as the Working Group).
Accordingly, Working Group No. 01 is headed by the Chairman of the City People's Committee; The Standing Deputy Leader is Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tu - Director of the Department of Finance; along with 7 members of the Working Group who are leaders of city departments and branches.
Working Group No. 01 checks and urges the disbursement of public investment capital of key projects in 2024, including: (1) Project implementing a number of contents to build a digital government in Hai Phong city for the period 2021 - 2025; (2) Investment project to build Rung wharf connecting Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city and Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh province; (3) Investment project to build Lai Xuan bridge and renovate and expand provincial road 352; (4) Investment project to build Do Muoi street extending to VSIP trunk road and urban development in the surrounding area; (5) Construction investment project of Hai Phong Industrial College (phase 1); (6) Investment project to build Nguyen Trai bridge and urban embellishment in the surrounding area; (7) Investment project to build a bridge over Hoa River and a section through Hai Phroute of the road from Thai Binh city to Nghin bridge; (8) Investment project to build a road from Provincial Road 354, Tien Lang District to National Highway 10, Vinh Bao District; (9) Investment project to build the Political - Administrative Center, transportation system and synchronous technical infrastructure of North Cam River New Urban Area; (10) Investment project to build a Convention - Performance Center, synchronous technical infrastructure system of North Cam River New Urban Area.
Working Group No. 02 is headed by Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan; The Standing Deputy Leader is Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; along with 7 members of the Working Group who are leaders of city departments and branches.
Working Group No. 02 checks and urges the disbursement of public investment capital at agencies and units (except for key projects in 2024).

The main content is to check and urge the disbursement of public investment capital, the results of disbursement of public investment capital in 2024 of each project, capital extended from previous years to 2024 (if any); Report difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing and disbursement of the 2024 public investment plan; suggestions and recommendations (if any); detailed allocation of public investment capital in district budgets; detailed results of public investment capital allocation in 2024; reports, difficulties, problems, suggestions and recommendations (if any); site clearance work for city projects in the district; Report difficulties, problems and suggestions (if any)...
The decision also assigns Hai Phong State Treasury to provide information on disbursement results until the 20th of every month (or unexpectedly when requested by the City People's Committee).
Assign the Department of Finance, based on data provided monthly by the Hai Phong State Treasury, to synthesize a report and compare and evaluate the disbursement situation of agencies and units subject to inspection.
The working time of the Working Group is from May 2024 to January 2025./.
