(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of April 26, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung inspected and listened to the progress report on the implementation of the investment project to build a road connecting the intersection of Nam Cau Binh to the intersection of Ton Duc Thang street - Water Trough and Cau Rao 1 construction investment project. The investment project to build a road connecting Nam Cau Binh intersection to the intersection of Ton Duc Thang - Mang Nuoc street and National Highway 5 is behind schedule. In the site clearance work, An Duong District People's Committee approved a compensation and support plan for 46 households, of which 16 households received money and handed over the site. There are still problems with land clearance related to the land area of some households.

Duong Kinh district has approved a compensation and support plan for 5 organizations and individuals, but there are still problems when no household or individual has received money. In Hai An district, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is submitting to the City People's Committee specific land prices for organizations and individuals. Le Chan district has finished inventorying 10/10 households and organizations, and it is expected that on April 29, the district will approve the compensation plan.

However, there are still some difficulties and problems that need to be resolved by local departments and branches. To speed up the completion of the investment project to build a road connecting the intersection of Nam Cau Binh to the intersection of Ton Duc Thang - Water Trough, ensuring inauguration before June 15, 2021, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested: Department of Finance to review land prices, and at the same time agree on the approved site clearance support plan for 11 households, and carry out the allocation.Paid land, resettlement area 80m2. For households with land to both live in and build factories, the Chairman requested An Duong District People's Committee to study and adjust compensation and support plans.
At the same time, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested to accelerate the construction progress of Cau Rao 1 construction investment project to ensure inauguration before January 25, 2022. With the petitions of businesses and households having no basis for resolution, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested Duong Kinh district to carry out forced land recovery in accordance with the law. The Project Management Board and construction contractors urgently moved obstructions in the river bed of the southern bridge abutment to ensure project progress. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Hai An District People's Committee review the specific land area of each household to ensure fairness in site clearance. Ngo Quyen District People's Committee arranged resettlement land for 10 households under the Cau Rao 1 construction investment project.
