The inventory work began on March 4, 2019, and to date, 512/539 households have been counted, equivalent to an area of 35,186.8 m2. A compensation, support and resettlement plan for 189 households has been established. Le Chan District People's Committee and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment agreed to send Report No. 23/TTr-LCQ dated May 30, 2019 to the City Land Price Appraisal Council requesting approval of specific land prices to calculate compensation and support. Regarding the investment project to build resettlement area A51 in Vinh Niem ward, inventory has been made: 115/162 households, area of 57,318.3m2. Approved: Phase 1: 24 households, area 13,814.3 m2, amount of 9.7 billion VND. Phase 2: 29 households, area 14,059.4 m2, amount of 11.2 billion VND. Planning is underway: Phase 3: 19 households, area 8,402.6m2. Phase 4: 12 households, area 4,984.3m2. Compensation, support and site clearance have been paid for 10 households, with an area of 4,766.9m2. Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Chuoi asked units to focus on resolving issues related to site clearance and resources to ensure progress, trying to complete the project in 2020.
