(HPĐT)- After 2 years of implementation, Circular 54/2018/TTBGTVT of the Ministry of Transport (hereinafter referred to as Circular 54) promulgating the price framework for seaport services, currently reveals a number of shortcomings, of which it is clear that seaport service prices have increased, but are still far from regional and world prices, making seaport enterprises disadvantaged when doing business with foreign partners. Therefore, it is necessary to amend this circular soon.
