From August 29 to September 5, the Hai Phong Department of Finance, in collaboration with HPM Entrepreneurship Training Academy, organized four training courses for managers, business owners, and representatives of enterprises in the city, focusing on essential competencies in current business management and development. Notably, participants in these courses received up to 100% tuition fee exemption.
The "Enterprise Management 4.0" training course commenced with the participation of managers and enterprise representatives in the city. The program aimed to update modern management thinking and skills, helping businesses enhance their adaptability to changes in the digital economy.
Participants gained access to digitalization tools and management methods applicable in practice to save costs, shorten work processing time, and improve competitiveness. The class also fostered an environment for interaction and exchange between businesses and state management agencies.

The "Digital Marketing" training course aimed to support businesses in enhancing their online marketing capabilities, expanding markets, and proactively seeking customers in an environment where consumer behavior is increasingly shifting towards digital platforms.
In addition to providing specialized knowledge, the program dedicated significant time to hands-on practice for participants to build digital brand images, optimize interaction channels, and select appropriate communication solutions. This equipped businesses with additional tools to effectively leverage Digital Marketing channels, expand their potential customer base, utilize resources more efficiently, and enhance their adaptability to market fluctuations.

The "Coaching and Mentoring Skills for Employee Development" training course was organized for managers and leaders of enterprises in the city. The program stemmed from the increasingly clear need for businesses to develop internal human resources and enhance the capabilities of their management teams in leading and developing employees.
Through discussions and practical exercises, learners gained additional methods to improve management effectiveness, develop employee capabilities, and build a more cohesive and effective working team.

Continuing the series of programs, the "Business Strategy Development" course for business owners and management teams was held.
The training environment was structured as a miniature strategic workshop, where participants directly outlined their vision, set objectives, developed action plans, and devised risk control measures for their businesses. Through discussion and practical application, learners gradually transformed long-term orientations into concrete plans, providing a basis for implementation after the course.

The continuous organization of training programs during the week demonstrates the Hai Phong Department of Finance's commitment to supporting the business community in the city. Through practical training content, businesses are assisted in enhancing their management capabilities, human resource development, technology application, market access, and strategic planning, thereby contributing to increased competitiveness and sustainable development.
