On the morning of September 16, 2026, the Department of Finance of Hai Phong City and the People's Committee of Cat Hai Special Economic Zone organized a conference to disseminate and guide the conversion of business households into enterprises and to support the implementation of tax policies in the special economic zone in 2026.
The conversion from business households to enterprises is creating more opportunities for production and business establishments to enhance management capacity, expand scale, access capital, technology, and market resources, and gradually build their brands. This is also a direction consistent with the goal of developing the private economy, creating momentum for the private economic sector to develop strongly and sustainably in line with the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025, of the Politburo.
At the conference, business households were specifically guided on procedures for enterprise registration; tax policies and obligations; electronic tax declaration, use of electronic invoices; and directly answered questions arising during the conversion process.
Practical support solutions were also introduced, including Viettel Hai Phong providing guidance on digital signatures, accounting software, sales software, and digital platforms; Agribank introducing financial solutions, digital banking, and support for accessing capital.
With the spirit of "Accompanying, guiding, and supporting business households to understand correctly, act correctly, and develop stably," Cat Hai Special Economic Zone continues to create conditions for business households to access policies, technology, and necessary resources, gradually enhancing their competitiveness and contributing to the development of the private economy in the area./.
