On 05/12/2023, the People's Committee of Hai Phong city issued Decision No. 4188/QD-UBND onrecognizing the winning results of land use rights auctions for investment projects building a new urban area in Hoa Dong commune, Thuy Nguyen district. In particular, the winning organization was DRAGON Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company with a total auction value of 1,205,200,000,000 VND (One thousand, two hundred and five billion, two hundred million VND).
