Article 1. Issued together with this Decision Plan to organize an online contest to learn about administrative reform in Hai Phong city.
Article 2. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, Directors of City Departments and branches, Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones and Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
