On the afternoon of October 14, Comrade Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation chaired a courtesy reception for the Delegation of TCL Vietnam Smart Electronics Co., Ltd.
