Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents, the Department of Finance has organized a consultation on the Draft Decision of the City People's Committee promulgating the Pricing Table for Registration Fees for Houses and the Percentage (%) of Remaining Quality of Houses Subject to Registration Fees in Hai Phong City.
The summary of comments is as follows:
By the end of October 24, 2025, a total of 78 agencies and units had submitted written comments/feedback and social critiques regarding the content of the Draft Decision of the City People's Committee promulgating the Pricing Table for Registration Fees for Houses and the Percentage (%) of Remaining Quality of Houses Subject to Registration Fees in Hai Phong City.
The specific results are as follows:
– Agencies and units agreeing with the Draft dossier: 91/95 agencies and units.
– Agencies providing comments requesting research and amendments: 04/95 agencies and units.
