Promulgation of the Savings and Anti-waste Program of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City in 2026
CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAI PHONG CITY VICE
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government dated June 16, 2025;
Pursuant to the Law on Practicing Thrift and Combating Waste dated November 26, 2013;
According to the Law on Practicing Thrift and Combating Wastefulness dated December 10, 2025;
Pursuant to Decision No. 806/QD – TTg dated April 22, 2025 of the Prime Minister promulgating the National Strategy on waste prevention and combat until 2035;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 74/NQ-HDND dated December 11, 2025 of the People's Council of Hai Phong city on the socio-economic development plan for 2026;
According to the request of the Department of Finance in Document No. 10447/STC-QLNS dated December 26, 2025,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the Savings and Anti-waste Program of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City in 2026.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Chief of Office of the City People's Committee; Heads of Departments, committees, branches and branches; Chairman of the People's Committee of communes, wards, special zones and Heads of relevant units shall base on the Decision to implement./
