According to the report of the Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, up to this point, the site clearance work of the project has reached 99.0%, equivalent to an area of 115,289.0 m2, of which An Duong district has completed the site clearance work. As for Hong Bang district, as of February 11, 2020, the total area of premises handed over is 101,752.0/103,147.30 m2 (reaching 99.0%), currently there are only 5 households in So Dau ward that have not handed over the premises and the Thuong Ly Ward Police headquarters does not have a temporary shelter plan for the unit, so they have not handed over the premises to the project. Regarding construction progress, the contractor has currently constructed items such as underground tunnels and overpasses at branches with a total accumulated volume of about 87.3%.

Regarding a number of households in So Dau ward (Hong Bang district) who have not yet complied with the handover of premises for the project, the Standing Vice Chairman requested Hong Bang district to continue to do a good job of propaganda and advocacy. In cases where policies and mechanisms have been fully applied but do not comply with the handover of premises, the City People's Committee Office shall coordinate with the City Party Committee Office to consider and submit to competent authorities to apply measures and procedures according to regulations. of the law to recover land to ensure construction progress.
The Vice Chairman proposed that the City Police have a plan to soon relocate and hand over the Thuong Ly Ward Police headquarters to the construction contractor, ensuring the overall progress of the project.
