On June 29, 2015, Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board issued an Investment Certificate to Capella Production and Investment Company Limited (domestic investor) to implement the project "Footwear production" at Do Son Hai Phong Industrial Park, Hai Phong city.
The project is implemented with the goal and scale of producing all kinds of shoes and sandals with a capacity of 5 million pairs/year, including 500 thousand pairs of sports shoes/year, 3 million pairs of sandals/year, and 1.5 million pairs of slippers/year. The total investment capital of the project is 120 billion VND, of which the capital contribution to implement the project is 90 billion VND. The expected land area for use is 13,656 m2. The project's implementation period is 40 years from the date of issuance of the Investment Certificate. According to the plan, the project will be officially produced from June 2016./.
