On the morning of March 24, the city's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee organized a conference to research, study, and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and the theme "Studying and following the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh on continuing to improve people's lives and building Socialism associated with Socialist people in Hai Phong city in 2026".
