According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Youth Union, upgrading the organization of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Phong Economic Zone from a grassroots Union to an equivalent district-level Union directly under the Hai Phong City Youth Union, from November 9, 2023. Speaking at the Conference, comrade Dao Phu Thuy Duong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Phong Economic Zone and comrade Vuong Toan Thu Thuy, Secretary of Hai Phong City Youth Union, congratulated the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Phong Economic Zone on being upgraded from a grassroots Youth Union to a Youth Union equivalent to a district level. At the same time, we hope that the (temporary) Executive Committee will promote the sense of responsibility, capacity, and forte of each comrade in attracting solidarity and gathering young people in Industrial Parks and Economic Zones; continues to have many outstanding activities, creating its position as a Youth Union organization equivalent to the district level, worthy of the expectations of the Youth Union Standing Committee and Party Committee of Hai Phong Economic Zone.
