Also attending were leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, and the City Tax Department.
At the meeting, Mr. Okabe Daisuke, Economic Envoy, discussed with Hai Phong city leaders issues of concern to the Japanese Embassy: the implementation of Decree 82/2018/ND-CP of the Government regulating the management of industrial parks and economic zones, which will, accordingly, affect the personal income tax incentives of Japanese enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones. international. The City will continue to direct and request Hai Phong Water Supply Joint Stock Company to comply with the commitments of the Vietnamese and Japanese Governments.
