Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone welcomes the project "gateway port logistics and commercial service center"

On June 11, 2015, the Management Board of Hai Phong Economic Zone issued an Investment Certificate to investor CDC International Corporation (Cayman Islands) to implement the project "Gateway port logistics and commercial service center" associated with the establishment of CDC Hai Phong - Vietnam Co., Ltd. (One member LLC) at Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park (zone 2), Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, in Dinh Vu - Economic Zone. Cat Hai, Hai Phong city.

The goal of the project is to invest in building offices for rent and provide parking services. The scale of the project is to build 02 commercial offices (type 1) with an area of ​​170 m2/office, 12 commercial offices (type 2) with an area of ​​150 m2/office, 01 parking lot with an area of ​​3,212 m2. The total investment capital of the project is equivalent to 04 million USD, of which the capital contribution to implement the project is equivalent to 2.2 million USD. The land area expected to be used is 20,000 m2. The project's operating term is 43 years from the date of issuance of the Investment Certificate. According to the plan, the project will begin business operations from January 2017./.
