The emulation block of the city's Social and Cultural Associations and Professional Associations currently has 13 units, including: 01 political-social-professional organization (Journalist Association); 03 social - professional organizations; 09 social organizations; 07 Association organizations; 04 Unions and 02 Clubs. The scale structure and operational organization of the Emulation Block's member units is quite diverse, of which 10 units are Special Associations (Mass Associations assigned tasks by the Party and State) with headquarters arranged by the city along with payroll and operating funds. However, there are still some units facing certain difficulties during operations.
