Chairman of the City People's Committee said that, along with the renovation of degraded apartments, there are currently 06 social housing projects in the city with a total of about 4,068 apartments that have been completed and put into use; 06 projects are being implemented with a total of 7,650 units; has completed investor selection for 09 projects with a total of 8,890 units and 06 projects with a total of 15,377 units have investment policies and are selecting investors. In particular, the Social Housing Construction Project (phase 1) in Trang Cat ward, Hai An district has been approved for investment policy and implemented procedures for construction investment and site clearance, to ensure project start-up conditions according to regulations.

Accordingly, the progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation is within 5 years from the date the investor is allocated land to implement the project.
