Overview of the Conference.
(Haiphong.gov.vn) – To exchange operational experience to contribute to more effective operation of the Electronic Information Portal system, promoting the deployment of information technology applications to serve the direction and management of Governments at all levels towards e-Government in the 4.0 technology era. On the morning of September 21, at Hai Phong City Convention Center, Hai Phong City People's Committee Office organized the second conference to exchange experiences in operating electronic information portals of provinces and cities in 2019.
Co-chairing the Conference were comrades: Vi Quang Dao, General Director of the Government Electronic Information Portal; Nguyen Kim Pha Chanh, Office of the City People's Committee - Head of the Editorial Board of Hai Phong City Electronic Information Portal.
