| Implementing the direction of the City People's Committee on relocating households from dangerous apartment complexes and investing in renovating and rebuilding apartment buildings in the city, the Department of Construction coordinated with the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen district to organize the relocation of households at Lane 47 Le Lai and Road 1, 3, 5, 7 Dong Quoc Binh to temporary housing areas. Up to now, households have relocated and handed over old houses to the investor to rebuild the old apartment building. However, according to local authorities and households in the above mentioned temporary apartment buildings, the supply of electricity to households still has many cumbersome and difficult procedures. After households pay money to the electricity business, it takes many days for electricity to be turned on for daily use, so households have not been able to do so.handing over the old house to the construction unit, this has affected the progress of renovating the old apartment building.

Faced with the above situation, the City People's Committee has just issued a document requesting Hai Phong Electricity Company Limited to urgently provide electricity to the apartment buildings: 5-storey Kenh Duong, 5-storey Vinh Niem, 7-storey Vinh Niem, area T Cat Bi, 9-storey area Dong Khe and area D2 Dong Quoc Binh; At the same time, proactively arrange staff on duty at the above apartment complexes to carry out procedures to immediately provide electricity to households.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction, People's Committees of Ngo Quyen, Le Chan, Hai An districts, Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Company Limited and related agencies and units to create the best conditions for temporary residents to quickly stabilize their lives.
