The first is to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation on assigning Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company to establish an expansion project and be the investor in construction and infrastructure development of Trang Due Industrial Park Phase 3, 600 hectares in scale located in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone in An Lao district, Hai Phong city.

Third is the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (SHP company) and LUXSHARE-ICT Inc (USA) on the fact that LUXSHARE-ICT Inc will lease 15 hectares of land from SHP Company in Trang Due Industrial Park (Phase 2) to implement an investment project with a total investment of 300 million USD. Wednesday is the ceremony to award the Investment Registration Certificate of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City to LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. to implement an investment project to produce high-tech products in Trang Due Industrial Park with a land lease scale of 10 hectares and a total investment of 550 million USD. Thursday was the event of handing over the Investment Registration Certificate from the People's Committee of Hai Phong City to Ohsung Vietnam Co., Ltd. to carry out an investment project in Trang Due Industrial Park with a total investment of 20 million USD.
Including both phases with a scale of 400 hectares, Trang Due Industrial Park has attracted nearly 5 billion USD. The average investment rate reaches 21.5 million USD/ha. KBC plans to deploy phase 3 until mid-2017 to create clean ground for about 400 hectares of industrial land to be ready for investors to build factories.
