(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Le Chan District Party Committee has just held a conference to thoroughly implement Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW of the Politburo; Action Program No. 76-CTr/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Action Program No. 52-CTr/QU of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW on building and developing Hai Phong city to 2030, vision to 2045; Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo, Circular No. 36-TTr/TU of the City Party Committee Standing Committee on Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term.
At the Conference, delegates heard Secretary of the District Party Committee Le Trung Kien thoroughly grasp the contents of Resolution 45-NQ/TW and the Action Program of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to implement the Resolution. Based on the Action Program of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Le Chan District Party Committee has issued Action Program No. 52-CTr/QU to implement Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW, including 11 targets and tasks: Promote growth, economic restructuring, mobilize all resources, increase budget revenue and develop Le Chan district as High-end service, financial and commercial center of the city. Develop healthcare, becoming a high-quality medical center of the Bac Bo coastal region. Associate economic development with social progress; constantly improve the material and spiritual life of the people. Linking socio-economic development with strengthening national defense and security; ensure political security, social order and safety. Building a clean and strong District Party Committee; strengthen the team of officials and party members; Improve leadership and management capacity at all levels of government effectively and efficiently. Promoting the ownership role of the people, building a great blocnational unity, good implementation of grassroots democracy regulations. Proposing the city to promulgate new, groundbreaking and specific mechanisms and policies for Le Chan district.
The conference also heard the Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department disseminate Directive No. 20-CT/TU on studying, thoroughly grasping, propagating, and implementing Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW on building and developing Hai Phong city to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
