(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of April 16, the city's Department of Science and Technology organized a workshop to promote the international connection of Hai Phong city's startup ecosystem. Master Duong Ngoc Tuan, Director of the Department of Science and Technology chaired the workshop.
