The training conference aims to unify how to deploy software for election work nationwide, thereby improving the information technology application capacity of officials participating in election work. This is also an important preparation step, contributing to ensuring that the election work is organized scientifically, strictly, and in accordance with the law. Through training, delegates are guided through the process of updating data and processing information related to election work; exchange and answer difficulties and problems that may arise during local implementation, contributing to ensuring timely and accurate synthesis and reporting of election results.

At the Conference, Viettel representative introduced an overview of the election information management system in each stage before, during and after election day. Specifically, before election day, units prepare data, review candidate lists, update the number of voting districts, and allocate targets. On election day, the system is used to update election progress, voter turnout data for each time frame, and track voter turnout rate. After voting ends, the software continues to support entering and summarizing election results, including entering election data, exporting reports, and statistical results in a timely and accurate manner.

In order to use the software system for election work most effectively, the Deputy Chairman of the Delegate Affairs Committee requested the Election Committees of provinces and cities to review the accounts issued in accordance with regulations; Direct specialized agencies and commune-level Election Committees to check specialized transmission lines, ensuring that data is updated wherever it arrives, accurately, promptly, and without errors in information or election results. During the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels, if any problems arise, units need to immediately contact the Office of the National Election Council and the Office of the National Assembly for timely support and resolution.
For technical support units, based on feedback from localities, continue to improve the system's features, ensuring smooth and effective operation; At the same time, maintain hotlines and support channels to guide and quickly overcome problems of software system users on election day./.
