On the morning of March 1, 2024, Hai Phong Department of Finance organized a conference to exchange experiences in evaluating DDCI with the Hanoi Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research.
Participating in the Conference, on the side of the Hanoi Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research were Mr. Ta Minh Thuan - Deputy Director and research departments under the Institute. On the side of Hai Phong Department of Finance, there was Mr. Bui Tien Phong, Deputy Director of the Department and leaders of the Department of Enterprise, Collective and Private Economy.
At the Conference, the two agencies exchanged contents on how to build the Department, Sector and Local Competitiveness Assessment Index (DDCI); subject to be evaluated, subject to survey; plans and methods for surveying and evaluating DDCI; develop specific indicators, build component indexes for Green and Sustainable Growth; Hai Phong city's experience in building the DDCI Index and selecting evaluated subjects./.
