– On the morning of November 23, Hai Phong Drainage Company Limited, Hai Phong Department of Construction and Kitakyushu City Water Supply and Sewerage Department (Japan) jointly organized a Conference to summarize technical cooperation activities on drainage between Kitakyushu City, Japan and Hai Phong City (period 2017-2023).
