2019 is exciting, full of events and outstanding achievements that bring special emotions to the people of the Port city. After a year of doing our best, not faltering before difficulties, not shying away from challenges, and not being tolerant of resistance, Hai Phong achieved comprehensive victory, exceeding key socio-economic targets.
