The enforcement board of Ngo Quyen district has just organized a campaign, persuaded and dialogue with 7 households and individuals whose land was recovered to implement the Nga 6 - May To intersection project.
Accordingly, the enforcement area for 7 households and individuals with a total area of 279.3m2 is located at the intersection of Nga 6 - May To in Lac Vien ward, Ngo Quyen district. At the meeting, the District Enforcement Implementation Board said that in recent times, the city and district have applied and created maximum conditions for policies and regimes in the most beneficial direction for the households being cleared. Ngo Quyen District People's Committee coordinated with Lac Vien Ward People's Committee, departments, branches and unions of the district and ward to directly dialogue, guide, explain regimes, policies and propagate and mobilize households and individuals to accept compensation, support and resettlement to implement the Project. The enforcement board calls on households for their benefitof the city, aiming to expand urban renovation, thereby hoping that households will coordinate and support the city and comply with the enforcement decision.
After listening to the campaign and propaganda, all 7 households agreed to comply with the enforcement decisions of the District People's Committee.
Concluding the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of Ngo Quyen District People's Committee Tran Huu Xuan said: Ngo Quyen District is committed to focusing maximum means and forces to support households in moving people and property to new shelters, stabilizing life, and ensuring absolute safety and security. Right on the morning of December 19, the district will invite 7 households to receive money, decide on land allocation and agree on a time to hand over the land, and set up boundary markers in the resettlement area; Complete procedures for handing over land use rights certificates to households before December 25. The District assigned the Project Management Board to coordinate with households in dismantling property and architectural objects, ensuring that before December 30, there must be a clean site for the Project Management Board to carry out the Project on schedule.
