(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of September 25, the City People's Council's thematic supervision team on implementing legal regulations in granting certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land in the city worked with the People's Committee of Hai An district. Comrade Head of the Legal Department of the City People's Council suggested that the People's Committee of Hai An district should promote the improvement of the cadastral records system; develop procedures for handling procedures according to the Land Law 2024; continue to promote digital transformation in land management and administrative reform to minimize implementation time, procedures and costs for organizations and individuals; Strengthen inspection and examination of the issuance of Certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land to correct and prevent violations. He requested the District People's Committee to fully absorb the comments of the Supervision Team at the meeting, complete the report, supplement data on the total number of dossiers resolved on time and overdue, and point out the causes and solutions.
