Draft Decision stipulating the policy on rent exemption and reduction for priority subjects in Hai Phong city
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Department of Finance is the drafting agency according to Decision No. 918/QD-UBND dated March 13, 2026 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong city approving the registration of developing legal regulations.
On March 18, 2026, the Department of Finance issued document No. 2235/STC-QLCS on commenting on the draft Decision stipulating the rent exemption and reduction policy for priority subjects in Hai Phong city.
Comments on the draft Decision were 88/137 from departments, branches, and participating units sent to the Department of Finance.
