An Duong district has handed over more than 14,000 square meters of land to the project so that contractors can access and carry out construction.

Just 5 days after the project progress inspection on September 11, 2020, An Duong district has now handed over more than 14,000 square meters of land for the project so that contractors can access the project. public.
The Vice Chairman requested An Duong district, the Project Management Board and relevant departments and branches to try and continue to focus highly on site clearance work, especially for agricultural land households that have completed the policy regime and the land area of VILACO Joint Stock Company to ensure speedy progress and soon connect this route with Road 208.

The project is expected to be completed on December 31, 2020, but currently site clearance work has been slower than the set milestone.
Investment project to build a road connecting the intersection of Nam Cau Binh to the intersection of Ton Duc Thang street - Mang Nuoc street - National Highway 5 with a length of 1,173.71m (including the intersection) according to secondary urban main street standards, with road bed width Bn = 50.5m. The project's site clearance work involves 07 organizations and 104 households with a total area of 75,732.0m2.
For the agricultural land and land managed by the Commune People's Committee, An Duong district has approved a compensation and support plan for 23 households and the An Dong Commune People's Committee, handing over to the project an area of 9,143.50 square meters.
On September 14, 2020, An Duong District People's Committee handed over an additional 14,051.5m2 of area, so the cumulative land area handed over to the Project Management Board up to now is 23,195m2.
For the residential land consisting of 46 households with a corresponding area of 2,128.4 m2, the district has completed the inventory. Currently, the district's Compensation Council is hiring a land price appraisal consulting unit to develop a specific land price. For the land of organizations, the District People's Committee announced the Notice of land recovery policy to implement the Project, received opinions and recommendations from organizations, and assigned the District Construction Investment Project Management Board to hire consultants to survey and prepare estimates of compensation and support values as a basis for submitting to the District People's Committee for approval.
Regarding project construction, within the handed over site, the contractor has carried out a number of main tasks such as: digging, organically peeling the roadbed, embanking, drilling soil cement piles, digging temporary ditches to serve the construction of box culverts, erecting 2 temporary L20 centrifugal double column columns and pulling and installing lines to serve moving 110kV power lines...
