(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Localities actively propagate and mobilize people to hand over the site, striving to complete site clearance work in April 2019, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Chuoi directed so at a meeting with sectors, localities and units to listen to reports on the progress of the investment project to build a coastal road passing through Hai Phong city and 09km in Thai Binh province in the form of public-private partnership PPP, on the afternoon of April 17.

According to the report of the Department of Transport, up to this point, land clearance work in Hai Phong city has been approved for 1,416/1,523 households (reaching 92.9%); of which compensation has been paid to 1,353/1,523 households with an approved area of 902,753.6/1,020,664 m (reaching 88.5%).
In Thai Binh province, 16 approval decisions have been issued for 644/690 households and organizations with a total recovered land area of 34.49 hectares of land. Of which, 529/690 households have been paid and handed over with an area of 30.27/37.58 hectares (reaching 80.55%).
Currently, the investor has submitted and approved the regulations, contractor selection plan, contractor selection for bidding packages, appraisal and approval of construction drawing designs; Receive and establish boundaries to protect the ground on the ground for the ground handed over by the locality.
For the construction of Van Uc bridge, the contractor has completed bored piles for 14/52 abutments, and is constructing pillars T18, T19, T24; Construction of 10/52 pillars and abutments; completed 9/240 Super T beam slabs... The construction of Thai Binh bridge, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province is carrying out preparation work, mobilizing machinery and equipment for construction in April 2019.
Concluding the instructions at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Chuoi requested the Departments, branches, along with the Investor and relevant localities to continue to speed up the progress of site clearance, focusing on solving arising problems and obstacles. Specifically, Kien Thuy district still has 36 households with land area equivalent to 1.1 hectares that have not yet been cleared; including 11 households in need of resettlement; Do Son district has 24 households eligible for resettlement, of which 10 households requested to be resettled with land, 9 households have received resettlement money and 3 households are considering whether to receive money or request to receive land. The Vice Chairman also requested localities to continue to propagate and persuade people to resettle with money, in case households do not accept resettlement.With money, the Investor and People's Committees of districts proactively research and arrange resettlement land and establish resettlement projects according to regulations. Regarding the construction work, the Vice President requested the Investor to speed up the signing of the credit contract for the Project, and at the same time directed the construction contractors to focus on human resources and construction means to speed up the construction work in accordance with the signed BOT contract.
