(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Investment project to build Ho Sen - Cau Rao road 2, section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con street intersection, with a route length of 1,590.87m and widening the road surface and sidewalk from the intersection of Cho Con street to To Hieu street with a length of about 150m.

The trunk route passes through 04 wards of Du Hang Kenh, Hang Kenh, Du Hang and Trai Cau. The total land recovery area is 59,254.5 m2 (including organizations, roads and 464 households/539 plots of land). Currently, compensation and support plans for 445/464 households have been prepared and approved; with a total approved amount of VND 858 billion; area 36,012m2.

The bridge over Lotus Lake is basically completed.

Regarding the construction work up to this point, the contractor has basically completed the bridge over Sen Lake, constructed culverts, technical trenches, installed lighting, planted trees and asphalt concrete carpet on the road in front of the People's Committee of Le Chan district. The project, when completed and put into operation, will contribute to connecting the city center area with Highway 5, Pham Van Dong street and the southern area of ​​the city, being the city's main gateway for trade to the provinces and the whole country along the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway and coastal highway, contributing to completing the transportation infrastructure network. Reduce traffic volume for the Cau Dat - Lach Tray - Cau Rao 1 route, promote effective exploitation of Rao 2 bridge.
