The Permanent Vice Chairman noted that although site clearance work for the project is currently slow and has not met the set requirements due to the way to calculate resettlement land prices, Hong Bang district has made progress. However, for An Duong district, site clearance work is still quite slow, affecting the overall progress of the project. Regarding this, the Vice Chairman requested the City People's Committee Office to review and reconsider the responsibilities and causes of delay to report to the City Party Committee and People's Committee, and at the same timerequest the Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Finance and Hong Bang District to urgently meet to resolve the specific land price.
For the Project Management Board's proposal to adjust and supplement a number of construction items, specifically, adjusting the cross-section layout and sidewalk width of Bach Dang Street in front of Vinhomes Imperia Urban Area; Adjust the longitudinal design of the open tunnel section and barrier on Bach Dang street according to the construction phase and design the intersection with the Gia Lam - Hai Phong railway crossing. The Standing Vice Chairman assigned the Management Board along with the Departments of Transport, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, and Hong Bang District to coordinate within the next 15 days to complete the paperwork and procedures to report to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision.
Regarding connecting the route with National Highway 5, the Standing Vice Chairman requested the Department of Transport to soon complete procedures with the Ministry of Transport to start construction on the road project connecting the Nam Cau Binh intersection to the intersection of Ton Duc Thang - Water Trough - National Highway 5.
Permanent Vice Chairman Nguyen Xuan Binh also noted that during the construction process, it is necessary to absolutely ensure traffic safety. If necessary, it is necessary to divide lanes for construction, request the Department of Transport and the City Police to arrange to minimize the impact on traffic in the project construction area. In addition, the Project Management Board and contractors must also have a construction method to quickly return the site, the Vice Chairman emphasized.
