(HPĐT)- On the morning of July 28, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chuyen, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, inspected the progress of the investment project to build the Ho Sen-Cau Rao 2 trunk road, the section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con street intersection. Also inspecting were representatives of Le Chan district leaders, relevant departments and branches.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Chuyen commented that up to this point, the basic route has been formed, Le Chan district has been actively involved in site clearance, construction units have made many efforts, city leaders have recognized the efforts of units participating in the project. He emphasized that this is a key project of the city, there is no adjustment in time or progress, it is mandatory to complete in 2020 the section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Ho Sen street; The section to To Hieu street will be completed later. Therefore, sectors and Le Chan district need to concentrate highly and organize site clearance (clearance) urgently to hand over to construction units. He also pointed out that the current biggest problem is site clearance workcomplete. Resettlement area A51, Vinh Niem ward, serving the relocation of people in the project-affected area, is still under construction. Therefore, units and Le Chan district need to coordinate closely and support the district to accelerate site clearance tasks, focus on each household, capture thoughts and feelings, and support site clearance compensation to ensure accuracy, objectivity, and transparency.

According to the Management Board of Hai Phong traffic construction investment projects, the investment project to build Ho Sen road - Rao bridge 2, section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con intersection includes 3 projects: Nguyen Van Linh intersection (including overpass and intersection roundabout) put into operation from May 9, 2019; The project of the trunk road from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to the intersection of Cho Con street and the bridge over Sen Lake is being cleared, the contractor is constructing the bridge over Sen Lake; The section from the intersection of Cho Con Street to To Hieu Street is being submitted to the Department of Construction Management - Ministry of Construction for appraisal and study of adjustments. This project must clear the main route from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con street intersection and the bridge over Sen Lake.passing through 4 wards (Du Hang Kenh, Hang Kenh, Du Hang and Trai Cau) with a total recovered land area of 59,254 m2. To date, Le Chan district has established and approved a compensation plan and supported 445/469 households with a total approved amount of 876 billion VND. The district has paid compensation and support to 356 households. Of these, 316 households handed over their premises for the investor to organize demolition and recovery./.
