(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of June 19, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam - Head of Interdisciplinary Working Group No. 2 inspected and monitored the quality of the construction of HH3 and HH4 apartment buildings Dong Quoc Binh. As of June 17, 2019, apartment buildings HH3 and HH4 have completed the entire body structure, the construction volume reaching nearly 60% of the total project implementation volume. Currently, the investor and contractor are focusing on accelerating the progress of project completion to ensure that by the fourth quarter of 2019, the project will be handed over and put into use.
Regarding quality management, the Department of Construction affirmed that through quality inspection of materials, equipment, and construction components supporting the project, all met requirements; To strengthen supervision and management of project quality, the Investor has established 02 field laboratories to conduct experiments on various types of project input materials, ensuring capacity according to regulations.

To ensure project progress, the Vice Chairman requested the Investor and relevant units to develop a detailed progress chart, concentrate machinery and equipment, arrange human resources, and deploy construction measures to meet progress and quality requirements of the project.
The Vice Chairman also assigned the Department of Construction to regularly check the quality and be responsible for verifying documents, especially paying attention to the fire protection system, elevators... For construction contractors, during the construction process, it is necessary to take measures to absolutely ensure labor safety, traffic safety, environmental sanitation, and minimize the impact on people in the surrounding area.
Project to renovate old, dangerously degraded apartments in the city - Goldenland 5 project, construction of apartment buildings HH3, HH4 and technical infrastructure of Dong Quoc Binh ward, Ngo Quyen district approved in Decision No. 1445/QD-UBND dated June 7, 2019 of the City People's Committee.
