To ensure that the project will be completed in December 2019 as planned, the Youth Union proposed that the City direct relevant departments, branches and localities to soon hand over 619.5m2 of water surface and 10,722.9m2 of green strip land along An Bien Lake within the scope of the project; Ngo Quyen district soon approved the plan to support site leveling costs of Xuan Thuy Investment and Trading Company Limited; The Department of Construction was assigned to coordinate with the Youth Union to guide business households to prepare design drawings and grant construction permits for closed, covered works to ensure playing conditions consistent with aspirations and actual conditions.
Through field inspection and listening to reports at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam recognized and evaluated the units that have made great efforts in implementing the project. The Vice Chairman requested contractors to proactively develop a detailed chart of project implementation time, determined to complete the project in 2019. At the same time, requested relevant agencies to coordinate in moving equipment of 21 business households at Kim Dong flower garden; The Department of Natural Resources and Environment urgently hands over the water surface area and before September 5, the remaining 10,000 square meters of trees must be handed over to the contractor for construction, ensuring on time and quality of the project; for investors, contractors and consulting units in districtThe construction process must be monitored to ensure the best quality of the project and avoid subsidence.
For Hong Bang district, continue to strengthen propaganda and mobilization of the people; The investor of Kim Dong Park needs to urgently prepare construction documents to accelerate completion 20 days before the Lunar New Year; Ngo Quyen district reviews legal documents to submit to the city for quick resolution and support, in accordance with the law; The Department of Construction considers granting construction permits for 21 business households to move from Kim Dong flower garden depending on the actual situation... striving to complete the new park before Lunar New Year 2020.
