(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of August 30, the City People's Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the organization and management staff of the Management Board of urban infrastructure construction investment projects and Hai Phong economic and industrial zones. At the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Pham Hong Ha announced the following decisions: – Decision to merge the Technical Infrastructure Construction Project Management Board of industrial clusters and the Economic Zone Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board into the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board, economic zones, and industrial parks under the City People's Committee, operating from September 1, 2019. The decision also clearly stipulates other issues of the Management Board such as: legal position, head office, functions, tasks and powers, organizational structure, number of employees, operating budget, processing and transition, and implementation organization. – Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha, Director of the Economic Zone Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board under the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, to the position of Deputy Director of the Hai Phong Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board and Hai Phong Economic Zone and Industrial Park from September 1, 2019.
