Faced with the current rapidly changing and complex national and international situation, especially the impact of natural disasters, climate change, and pandemics, it is necessary to strongly develop science and technology and 4.0 technology; SetPlanning and Investment need to thoroughly grasp the views and orientations of the private economy, especially studying the Document of the 13th National Party Congress of the Party on views and orientations for state management of the economy to release all resources and promote all potential advantages to develop the private economy sustainably according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. The project's title should be: Comprehensive innovation of state management in the field of private economic development in Vietnam to implement Central Resolution 10.
At the same time, the Ministry of Planning and Investment received the opinions of the Deputy Prime Ministers, leaders of ministries and localities to complete the Project, which focuses on 5 groups of solutions and 25 specific tasks stated in the Project; Incorporate the contents of the Project into the Government's Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress into an action program of all levels and sectors.
