(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of October 28, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung received a delegation of the Cuban Small Farmers' Association led by Mr. Félix Duarte Ortega - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Member of the State Council, National Assembly Delegate, Chairman of the Cuban Small Farmers' Association, who came to pay a courtesy visit to the city's leaders on the occasion of a working visit to Hai Phong city. The Chairman affirmed that Hai Phong city is always ready to support human resources, materials, equipment, seeds... to help Cuba with agricultural production.in general and rice in particular.
