Adjusted to increase the total investment capital of 08 million USD for the plastic product manufacturing project of KYOWA Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. (Vietnam)

On June 25, 2015, Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board issued an adjusted Investment Certificate to Kyowa Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), certifying the change of headquarters address and increase in charter capital of the enterprise; change location, adjust scale, progress and increase investment capital and capital contribution to implement the project at Trang Due Industrial Park, An Duong district, part of Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city. Accordingly, the total investment capital is adjusted to increase from 12 million USD to 20 million USD, of which the capital contribution to implement the project is adjusted to increase from 02 million USD to 3.8 million USD.

The goal of the project is to produce, process and assemble all kinds of plastic and steel components, molds, tools and plastic - mechanical - wood jigs for electronic products, automobiles and other industrial products; providing services related to the production of the above products. The scale of the project for a stable production year is: plastic - mechanical components for office equipment more than 3,900 tons/year, plastic - mechanical components for other industrial products 1,315 tons/year, assembly components 1,315 tons/year, steel molds 285 tons/year, tools and fixtures more than 2.7 tons/year. According to the plan, phase I of the project will officially produce from July 2016, phase II of the project will have stable production from January 2020./
